IT all began…
…with a year in Paris.
Surrounded by gorgeous patisseries and chocolate shop, my path very quickly became clear- I needed to know how to make these beautiful treats. Upon my return to Australia, I studied as a pastry chef, further cementing my love of chocolate.
With this clear idea of what I wanted, I began making small batch handcrafted chocolates in 2014 out of a shared commercial kitchen, which led to my own space in Woolloongabba in 2016. Since then, we’ve produced a decadent array of favourites and new treats.
I love the unique way that people enjoy their treats, and seek to make every moment special. I love experimenting and collaborating, and extending people’s knowledge of the sublime world of chocolate.

Where possible, we always try to source our ingredients locally. Whether it’s the almonds in our Milk Chocolate Rocher or the honey in our Florentines, we love to support local producers and artisans just like us! Some of our favourite artisans include My Berries, The Beansmith, Bee One Third and The Steepery.
